On London Podcast: Struggles with the impacts of Covid-19

The second ever On London podcast went live earlier today. Like the first (though maybe a bit less so) it lacks the full professional polish, but Andy Slaughter MP, Enfield leader Nesil Caliskan and Richmond leader Gareth Roberts come across loud and clear as they describe their struggles to help Londoners get home from abroad or to get hold of the personal protective equipment their staff and, in particular, care home workers across their boroughs lack. Roberts also paints a wider picture of how his borough’s people are responding to the coronavirus crisis and his difference of opinion with Royal Parks over restrictions on cyclists in Richmond Park. It’s about 16 minutes long. Listen HERE.
